What does Zhongke Zhigu manufacture?
We are a one-stop dietary supplement contract manufacturer producing softgels, hard capsules, gummies, tablets and pressed candy, oral liquids and shots, and powders and sachets — all under one roof.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means we manufacture a product to your existing formula and brand. ODM means we also design and develop the formula and product for you. We support both, plus stock formulas you can private-label.
Do you support startups and small brands?
Yes. We support everything from pilot batches to mass production, so new brands can launch and scale with the same partner.
Which markets can you supply?

What is your production capacity?
Indicative capacities include up to 20M softgels/day, 15M capsules/day, 10M tablets/day, 15 tonnes of gummies/day, 2M liquid bottles/day and 50 tonnes of powder/day.
Can you develop a custom formula?
Yes. Our R&D team — backed by academician-level science — can design new formulas or refine yours, then validate stability and sensory performance before scale-up.
Do you offer vegan or plant-based products?
Yes — plant softgels (HPMC), vegetarian capsules and pectin gummies provide vegan, clean-label options across multiple formats.
What is the typical lead time?

How do you ensure quality and traceability?
We operate full-chain traceability — raw-material, batch, testing, supply-chain and consumer lookup — with in-process and finished-goods testing on every batch.
