1. Formulation & sampling
Share your formula or brief. Our R&D team — backed by an academician-led science program — confirms ingredient compatibility, dosage-form fit and target specifications, then produces samples for your evaluation before any production commitment.
2. Compliant production
Manufacturing runs in NSF GMP (ANSI 455-2) certified workshops with controlled environments, calibrated equipment and batch documentation. FDA registration, BRCGS, ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and HALAL cover global market requirements.
3. Testing & traceability
Incoming raw materials, in-process checks and finished-product testing are linked into full-chain traceability. Every batch can be traced from raw material to shipment — and verified by your consumers through batch lookup.
4. Packaging & delivery
Bottles, blister packs, sachets, stick packs and custom retail-ready formats, with labeling reviewed for the destination market. Export documentation is prepared for the US, EU, Middle East and Asia.
Botanical extraction in-house
Integrated plant-extraction capability means botanical actives can be extracted, standardized and encapsulated within one supply chain — fewer hand-offs, tighter quality control and cleaner documentation.
